  • This psychoeducation group is for newly diagnosed adults with ADHD and focuses on understanding how ADHD brains work, reducing self blame, and learning practical ADHD friendly strategies for everyday life in a supportive, non judgemental space. It emphasises normalisation, self compassion, and experimentation to help participants work with their ADHD rather than against it.
    The skills are broken down into 4 categories :
  • Understanding ADHD Foundations and Normalisation
  • Executive Function, Time and Daily Life Impact
  • ADHD Strategies and Finding What Works for You
  • Emotions, Self Esteem and Ongoing Support

Online DBT Skills Course

Thursdays from 7.00 - 8.00pm (Nuno Albuquerque))
£ 640 The cost for 8 sessions, payable in advance
  • To address emotional and behavioural skill deficits, individuals must learn new strategies for interacting with their environment. DBT Skills training consists of weekly groups devoted to teaching new skills and reviewing the application of these new skills in daily life.

    The skills are broken down into 4 categories :
  • Mindfulness
  • Distress Tolerance
  • Emotional regulation
  • Interpersonal effectiveness

Supportive group therapy on zoom

Wednesdays from 7 - 8pm (Nuno Albuquerque)
£ 240 The cost for 4 sessions, payable in advance
  • Online Supportive Group
  • Established in December 2020, this group has been designed to be a supportive and safe forum where participants can share how they are feeling without feeling criticised and/or judged. Through self-disclosure and feedback participants feel that they are not alone. We encourage participants to commit to a minimum of 4 sessions.

  • This psychoeducation group is for adults who want to better understand trauma, the nervous system, and their own path to healing. It explores the impact of trauma on physical, mental, emotional, and relational wellbeing through a bio-psycho-social lens. The group offers education, reflection, and practical tools to support safety, self-understanding, and recovery in a supportive online space.
    The skills are broken down into 4 categories:
  • Understanding Trauma Foundations and Safety
  • Honouring Your History, ACEs and Survival Responses
  • The Mind, Body, Brain and Nervous System Connection
  • Self-Care, Regulation Tools and Ongoing Recovery
